Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Activities
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing projects
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns: organic, paid, lead generation, engagement, retention, loyalty, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Copywriting for all activities consistent with brand messaging and standards
Tradeshow Activities
- Coordinating the design and production of trade show booths or displays, including selecting booth furniture and flooring materials
- Arranging travel accommodations and transportation to and from events
- Planning trade show schedules and determining booth space requirements based on needs
- Communicating with the sales team to ensure that all details of the event are handled properly
- Coordinating with the venue manager to determine the size of the event space and make other arrangements for the event to run smoothly
- Resolving problems with vendors or other attendees that arise during the event
- Preparing the exhibitor’s booth for the event, including ordering supplies and arranging furniture
- Planning social events where exhibitors can network with one another
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Education:
- Education: BA or BS (Marketing, Business Administration)
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing function, with direct experience coordinating tradeshows
Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Resilient, Flexible, Curious, self-motivated, engaged, result-driven, and proactive.
- Knowledge of design and branding, creative talent, an eye for effective visual design, and someone who understands and implements brand guidelines

sales marketing assistant
We are looking for a sales marketing assistant who can support the sales and marketing team with lead management. The position is centered around learning our Salesforce CRM set up and completely managing and maintaining it. It’s a data entry driven position with an internet research aspect to keep leads up to date and learn how to make system edits.
Ideal candidate would have:
- Good understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform or be willing to learn how to use and manage the platform.
- Experience with accurate data entry and record keeping
- An ability to clearly communicate problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
- Ability to assign leads diplomatically based on the appropriate parameters
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and setting appointments.
Activities
- Manage the sales and marketing Salesforce CRM
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data
- Organize, update, and maintain current lead lists
- Research contacts for updated and accurate information
- Schedule emails through Salesforce CRM (Pardot)
- Create and edit reports and dashboards based on teams needs
- Configuration and integration of tools and applications into Salesforce (ex. Outreach)

HR Manager
We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes as well as to keep our office well organized, established and supervised.
As HR Manager, you will serve as a link between our organization’s management and its employees. You will ensure HR best practices in accordance with local employment law are followed, and care for all HR matters for our local office, recruitment, benefits, and employee well-being.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in HR Management. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage all the recruitment for new talent for the company
- Own the employee life cycle- recruitment, retention, and promotion
- Handle any employee disciplinary actions such as performance improvement plans and termination
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications
- Must be completely fluent in English and Spanish
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven working experience as HR manager or HR executive
- People-oriented and result-driven
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Project Manager
Tasks
- Holding regular meetings with the Client Success Manager to overview any outstanding tasks from the client and action plans going forward
- Management of daily and weekly targets, ensuring that the respective team or team member completes them
- Effective coordination with the client/management when there is a delay on target completion to resolve the reason for the delay
- Keeping all teams involved informed of important deadlines, changes, target attainment, and major milestone achievements, as well as delays
- Monitoring tasks and projects using Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence), Client sign off on requirements, and statements of work
Branding and Events Manager
Responsibilities
- Research relevant industry events
- Plan events from start to finish, often more than one at a time
- Manage vendor relationships with each event.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for event staff
- Coordinate logistics to and from the show for booth materials
- Keep track of budgets for the event
- Run the event and make sure everything goes smoothly
- Work with sales staff and sales partners on leads and marketing
- Provide support for Salesforce to all users
- Collaborate with Marketing team on campaigns and event promotion
- Stay on top of market trends
- Assist in other marketing tasks as they come up
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM & Pardot marketing platform
- Time management
- Ability to negotiate with vendors
- Outstanding communication skills
- Able to problem solve on the spot
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Adobe suite preferred but not required.
- Be able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
