Teamwork Cares recently participated in the Pack-A-Snack event at HOB Brewing Company in Dunedin, Florida. Volunteers gathered to contribute snacks, which were then assembled into care packages for distribution to children in need.

The Pack-A-Snack program is designed to provide nutritious weekend snacks to children facing food insecurity in the greater Dunedin area. Schools identify students who are most in need, ensuring they receive a bag of healthy, pre-packaged snacks each Friday afternoon.

Teamwork Cares, the volunteer initiative of Teamwork Commerce, harnesses the company’s global reach and diverse workforce to support programs that foster education, mentorship, and community well-being worldwide.

When disaster strikes, coming together as a community makes all the difference. After Hurricane Milton devastated the Clearwater area, many local residents found themselves displaced and without basic necessities. At one apartment building, over 500 people were rescued and evacuated as flooding destroyed their homes.

In response, Teamwork Commerce stepped in to lend a helping hand. We donated diapers, toiletries, and backpacks to support those affected by this tragedy, providing essential items to help them begin to rebuild their lives.

At Teamwork Commerce, we understand the importance of giving back, especially in times of need. We are proud to support our community and stand by our neighbors as they recover from this challenging event.

• Mexico Team: In Querétaro, the Mexico team prepared and delivered 100 Christmas meals to two local hospitals, bringing warmth and nourishment to those in need during the festive season.

• London Team: In the UK, the London team donated essential food items to the Euston Food Bank, helping families facing food insecurity find some relief during the holidays.

• Clearwater Team: In the U.S., the Clearwater team joined forces with Toys for Tots, donating toys and volunteering their time to ensure children in the community experience the magic of the season.

On October 6, 2024, Teamwork Commerce employees around the world laced up their walking shoes and joined the global celebration of World Walking Day. From every time zone, our team united to walk as one, embracing the spirit of connection and community that defines both the event and our company values.

World Walking Day is about more than just fitness—it’s about fostering a sense of togetherness, regardless of borders. By participating, we not only supported global health and well-being but also strengthened our own team bonds. As we walked across cities, parks, and neighborhoods, we felt connected to each other and to the thousands of participants worldwide, all moving toward a common goal.

Teamwork Commerce is proud to support our community by donating backpacks to five local Title 1 schools in Pinellas County, just in time for the first day of school on August 12th. Each school—Eisenhower Elementary, Skycrest Elementary, Belcher Elementary, Sandy Lane Elementary, and Oak Grove Middle School—received five boxes of Teamwork Commerce backpacks, totaling 125 backpacks, to help students kick off the school year with the supplies they need. We are committed to giving back to the Clearwater area and ensuring students are prepared for a successful academic year.

On Children’s Day, Teamwork visited Casa Hogar Esperanza Para Ti, an orphanage in Queretaro, Mexico, home to 29 children of various ages. Our team showed love and support, filling the children’s hearts with joy as part of the “Donando Sonrisas a Niñas y Niños” (Donating Smiles to Kids) initiative. The event featured pizza, gift distribution, games, and drone photo displays. Nine Teamwork employees visited the orphanage, while 20 others contributed their time, money, or gifts, ensuring each child received a special gift.
