**Role is based out of London, UK
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to close while achieving against quota.
- Manage a team of AE’s/ BDRs and analyze monthly performance against KPIs, feeding into quarterly and yearly sales reviews and strategy.
- Attend trade shows, and events and travel nationally/internationally to meet with prospects and clients.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for key target markets in your region.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and partnerships to raise brand awareness and identify new growth opportunities.
- Report and present performance metrics internally and to management on a regular cadence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- 3+ years of managing the sales cycle from qualification to close.
- 2+ years of managing a team of AE’s/ BDRs consistently meeting KPIs.
- 2+ years of retail experience – POS, OMS, E-Commerce, Payments etc.
