DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Coordinator supports Project & Service Managers with multiple development & deployment projects of various sizes, complexity, and duration. This team member should have an adaptable approach dependent on the assigned work, a good understanding of the project cycle, and a desire to join a collaborative, growing organization focused on continuous improvement and retail innovation.
Responsibilities
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project documentation, communicating status updates, meeting minutes/recaps, and emails.
- Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current and available to all internal/external team members.
- Coordinate meetings, resources, and information to keep project deliverables on track.
- Monitor and track project deliverables and change requests during the development process. Report any issues/blockers to Project and Service Managers.
- Adhere to budgets by monitoring expenses and maintaining internal resource hours tracking.
- Assist the Service team with general client management, communication, and task tracking related to product & integration change requests, support, and training.
- Be active and engaged with your colleagues to proactively solve issues, align on tasks, and grow!
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 Yrs. experience with administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong internal/external relationships
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Documentation management and ability to use standard project management tools
- Attention to detail
- 1-2 Yrs. experience with the software development and deployment process
