As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing co-marketing strategies to drive mutual growth and enhance global brand awareness. You will collaborate with our esteemed partners and cross-functional internal teams to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns that elevate Teamwork Commerce in our partner ecosystem. This job reports to the Director of Partnerships with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage partner marketing campaigns, including but not limited to webinars, content marketing, social media, and events.

Collaborate with partners to identify co-marketing opportunities that align with the strategic goals of both parties.

Maintain clear communication with partners to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

Track, measure, and report on the performance and impact of partner marketing campaigns.

Develop marketing assets and collateral in collaboration with creative teams to support partner marketing initiatives.

Foster positive relationships with partners, acting as a liaison between them and our internal teams.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to ensure competitive edge and innovation
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles.

Strong understanding of the Retail and/or ecommerce landscape and market trends.

Proficient in various marketing technologies and platforms for analytics, automation, and content creation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
