Understanding Certification Status
To ensure compatibility and reliability, each device is assigned a certification status:
Status
Description
Certified
The device has completed the full testing cycle with the specified POS version and can be used in production.
In Progress
The device is currently in the development or testing phase. The release date of the build that will include the device integration can be found in the PD plan.
Pending
Certification has not been completed, and the exact certification date is unknown. To request the device certification, a corresponding task must be created and included in the PD plan.
Deprecated
The device is no longer supported or maintained.

For optimal performance and full compatibility, we strongly recommend using certified hardware listed below. However, for certain categories such as barcode scanners, cash drawers, and printers, clients may choose to use alternative hardware at their own discretion. It is highly recommended that any non-certified hardware be thoroughly tested in your environment prior to deployment. Card readers must be purchased from a Teamwork-supported Payments Provider.
