
As the Strategic Partner Manager, North America, is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with key partners to drive business growth, product enhancement, and mutual value. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with marketing, client success, and product teams. You should have an insatiable curiosity for all things retail technology and a passion for helping retail organizations.
Responsibilities:

Owns Assigned Partner Accounts: Takes full ownership assigned partner performance and business structure, track KPIs, and continuously optimize partnerships to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

Identify and Evaluate Partners: Research and analyze potential partners that align with the company’s strategic objectives and market positioning.

Develop and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.

Negotiate Agreements: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while focusing on sustainable, long-term success.

Strategic Planning: Develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that leverage the strengths of both organizations to maximize market reach and impact.

Facilitate Communication: Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and prompt resolution of issues.

Monitor Performance: Track and analyze partnership performance using key metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.

Manage the Partnership Lifecycle: Owns all stages of the partnership, from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing management and performance review.

Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, maintaining professionalism and the integrity of the partnership.

Represent the Company: Attend industry events and meetings to promote the organization and identify new partnership opportunities.

What you will have:

5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales in POS, OMS, eCommerce, Payments, or related IT Solutions.

Familiar with iOS Solutions for the Enterprise.

Demonstrated experience implementing long term strategies in the technology sector.

Strong written and oral communication skills, and adept at tailoring to your audience.
