A luxury boutique associate assisting a client on the sales floor
Luxury, Jewelry & Watches

POS built for luxury retail.

Limited collections, serialized pieces, and clients who expect to be known. Teamwork Commerce keeps every unit accounted for, the client book on one record, and checkout anywhere in the salon, with no cash wrap on the floor.

On the floor

A client comes back for the coat she tried on last month. The associate already has her sizes and notes on the iPad in their hand, sees the last one is in another city, and has it shipped to her. There is no cash wrap anywhere in the salon.

The Boutique Experience

Digital clienteling that modernizes the black book.

Luxury clients expect recognition. They want staff to remember sizes, preferred designers, milestone purchases, and anniversary dates. Teamwork's secure CRM replaces physical client books with a unified digital profile: GDPR-compliant, cross-channel, and powered by invisible AI clienteling that analyzes preferences and availability behind the scenes, so the consultation stays natural and high-touch.

  • Unified client profiles: sizes, preferences, purchase history, wishlists and notes, the same record in any store or channel
  • AI: real-time recommendations based on browsing behavior, style preferences, and inventory scarcity
  • Mobile boutique service: complete transactions anywhere in the showroom, no register, no queue, no interruption to the experience
  • Deposits and custom orders: take a deposit at the counter and track the order through to collection

Scarcity & Precision

Small production runs demand perfect accuracy.

When you produce 40 units of a limited release, overselling isn't a metric problem. It's a brand crisis. Every canceled order erodes trust with the client you spent years cultivating. RFID-verified inventory holds 99.9% accuracy, stockroom and warehouse alike, so you never promise what you don't have.

  • Our inventory is RFID-verified to 99.9% accuracy, so a limited collection is not sold past what exists
  • Global stock visibility: see exactly where every unit sits across stores, warehouses, and in-transit, in real time
  • Endless Aisle for luxury, if a client wants a piece that's in another city, ship it to them or transfer to their preferred store
  • Sell-through by door, so seasonal stock can be moved to the stores actually selling it

Jewelry & Watches

Serialized tracking, one piece at a time.

When every unit is serialized and valuable, the platform accounts for each one individually, from the vault to the client's hand. Built with experience across leading global jewelry brands; references on request.

The controls a jeweler's auditor asks about.

Blind count with sign-off

Expected totals stay masked from the employee counting, and any discrepancy forces a second management login to audit it.

One drawer for every device

Associates sell from their own devices while cash in and out posts to one central drawer record, so every cash movement is accounted for in one place.

Signature on collection

Pickup captures an on-screen signature, with an alternate designated collector where the buyer isn't the recipient.

Unit ID logged on every transfer

Receiving and transfers log each piece by its own ID, with or without RFID, not just carton counts.

How It Plays Out

The client returns. The store remembers.

Luxury is a relationship business. The system either supports that or gets in the way.

Luxury Capabilities

What luxury retail needs from a POS.

A single boutique runs on goodwill and a client book. A house with flagships in four markets cannot, and the systems that carried the first store rarely carry the fourth without someone reconciling them by hand.

RFID-verified inventory holds 99.9% accuracy in stores and warehouses worldwide. Each unit is individually tracked by EPC. If only 3 units of a piece remain (one in Paris, one in London, one in Milan) the system knows exactly where they are and prevents any channel from selling a ghost unit. For small production runs where a canceled order means losing a high-value client, this precision is essential.

Every piece is serialized as its own unit, with or without RFID. With RFID, the piece carries an EPC encoded as an SGTIN, a GS1 serial number that belongs to that one piece; without RFID, it carries its own unit ID. With RFID, a handheld counts a display case without handling a piece.

Each associate sells from their own iPhone or iPad, so there is no cash wrap on the floor. Normally every POS needs its own cash drawer. Here, every device posts its cash in and out to one centralized drawer record, and the physical drawer stays back of house, so every cash movement across every device is tracked in one place.

Yes. The platform supports deposits for custom and special orders and layaway, with automatic balance tracking and customer notifications. Custom pieces such as wedding bands start as review orders, tracked from the client's request to collection.

Teamwork Commerce is not a repair or appraisal system, and it does not handle trade-ins. It integrates tightly with the systems that do. The associate takes the deposit in Teamwork Commerce, the repair goes to your repair system, and its status comes back so the customer can be told the piece is ready to collect.

Yes. The unified CRM stores sizes, style preferences, purchase history, wishlists and associate notes, so the same client record follows a shopper between stores and channels, fully GDPR compliant with data protection built into the architecture. The AI uses this data to surface recommendations in real time. The client profile follows the customer whether they visit Paris, London, or Milan.

Teamwork Commerce is 100% native iOS. The interface is sleek, minimal, and designed for the luxury environment, no industrial hardware, no clunky terminals. Associates complete transactions on iPad or iPhone anywhere in the boutique, creating a personal shopping experience without interrupting the brand atmosphere.

Teamwork Commerce is built for luxury's scarcity and clienteling requirements. Luxury puts weight on two things most platforms treat as secondary: knowing exactly what exists when a run is small, and knowing the client well enough to call them about it. RFID precision covers the first; clienteling and deposit handling cover the second. The iOS interface and compliance in 40+ countries are table stakes at this level.

Clienteling in Practice

What the associate knows before they speak.

Lookbooks the AI can read

A conversational interface parses lookbooks and product text, so an associate can ask which pieces suit an occasion and get specific options.

The full story of the piece

Materials, care and description from the product record, on the associate's handheld while the client is still in front of them.

The profile behind the greeting

Membership status, preferences, appointments, birthday tracking, and lifetime spend on the record at the counter.

Gift messaging and line notes

Per-line gift messaging, custom notes, and split associate attribution on a shared sale.
