The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Marketing Coordinator to help us conquer the European market. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk all day” kind of job. You will be the right hand to our Events Manager, a creative spark for our design team, and a strategic partner to our Sales organization.
If you have a keen eye for design, a “get it done” attitude toward logistics, and the cultural fluency to navigate the broader European markets, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Logistics
- Provide end-to-end support for tradeshows, partner events, and small-scale activations across EMEA
- Manage the “heavy lifting”—from coordinating booth logistics and shipping to picking up boxes and setting up on-site
- Ensure all event collateral, swag, and booth materials arrive on time and look presentable
- Organise travel and logistics for participants to the events
Regional Content & Design Support
- Localized Marketing: Translate and adapt global campaigns for the European market, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
- Design Lite: Use your graphic design skills to create or tweak “one-pagers,” social media assets, and print materials.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blogs, press releases, and customer case studies that resonate with a local audience.
Strategic Sales & Partner Alignment
- Collaborate with the Sales team to launch EU-specific campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Support Partner Marketing initiatives to strengthen our relationships with European distributors and collaborators.
- Conduct ongoing market research to keep the team informed on regional trends and competitor movements.
Admin
- Managing and being responsible for budgets within your remit
- Managing and maintaining all SWAG for shows, events and new starters
- Assist in invoicing, purchasing and shipping of all things marketing
- Work with vendors to design and purchase SWAG
- Support management with presentations and materials as required
This is not an exhaustive list and other jobs may be expected within your remit
The Must-Haves
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a major plus.
- A strong eye for design and open to learning basics in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
- Willingness to travel and a hands-on approach to logistics (yes, that includes moving boxes and organizing storage).
- You don’t wait for a manual; you see a gap and fill it.
- You’ll be working across time zones and departments—communication is your superpower.
Why Join Us?
You’ll have a front-row seat to our expansion in Europe. This role offers a unique blend of creative freedom, strategic input, and real-world execution. No two days will look the same.
